There’s a new leader in town! Here at ActionINVEST Caribbean Inc. (ACI) we have the pleasure of welcoming a new CEO, Mrs. Davitri Doerga. We are thrilled for the latest CEO to start her new role in the company. Incredibly capable, she has an extensive repertoire of administrative and management skills which will serve to immensely benefit the organization in propelling us forward.
Mrs. Doerga is keen on further enhancing the standard of services given to our clients. At the helm, she seeks to advance and bolster our company beyond the business arena and feed into the greater ACI vision to give to the community and country. She is especially eager to enforce equality amongst the businesses in Guyana in line with our mission of “Guyana’s Abundance through Business Re-Education.”
In the small club of female CEOs, Mrs. Doerga is passionate about the necessity of fostering female employees and their leadership skills. Female leaders need to be visible, to ensure other women see that it is possible. She stresses that women should be cognizant of the four Cs; “To be confident, courageous, committed, and know that you can do it.” Women must have the “freedom and authority” to step into their leadership places. The importance of mentorship and guidance from someone that is experienced in their specific field is also emphasized empathetically by her.
