  1. Calculate how many clients/customers you have the capacity to serve within a given period. This needs to be your goal. Too few and your profits dip, too many and your efficiency dips.

  6. The word of Mouse spreads faster than then word of Mouth. Get educated on effectively using social media platforms to generate results.
  7. Focus on what you and your business are best at. Keep developing that competence in order to stay ahead. You will be copied.
  8. Ensure that what you are best at is something that there are enough people willing to pay for.
  9. Raise your prices to keep up with inflation first of all and secondly when you add real or perceived value to your product.
  10. Only hire team members who are intelligent, willing to learn and grow, and who align with your business’ vision and values. Marketing evolves daily.
