TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Client shall be responsible to undertake the following tasks:
- Provide the name they would like to register as in Guyana
- Indicate and provide the name of the Company Secretary
- Indicate and provide the name of the Incorporator
- Provide the notarized Passport, address and occupation of the individuals who will serve as Directors and Secretary for the Guyanese company
